Fifth, when I use the export function in the chrome extension, all I get is a page with a lot of gobblededygook which I assume is a CSV or similar version of the login database. Fourth, obviously the export function in the desktop app version is redundant because it has not synced with the chrome extension version so this is now more or less useless and I can't backup the latest database of my logins. Third, when I tried to change the password for the desktop app version all I get is an Error message. So the two versions talk to each other but with entirely the wrong information. More distressingly, logging into the desktop app version with the old password, somehow seemed to revert the password for the chrome extension back to the old password. Luckily I had kept a copy of the old password. it did not recognise this new password but required the old one.
